A secluded king-bed studio for two, hidden above Lake Maggiore with a seasonal pool, hammock and two thousand square metres of woodland.
Reached on foot above Gordemo, this secluded open-plan studio is designed around the view. A wall of glass frames Lake Maggiore from the king-size bed and living area, while the equipped kitchen, dining space, private shower room, Wi-Fi and workspace keep the interior comfortable for two. The studio and its balcony are private. Elsewhere on the forest property, guests share the seasonal pool, garden and barbecue area with the owners, who use another house on the grounds. More than 2,000 square metres of woodland include a hammock area and a quiet place for yoga or stretching. Access begins at public parking and continues along a sloping hillside path with outdoor steps, so the route is not step-free and luggage should be planned accordingly. Keypad self check-in supports an independent arrival. The ungated pool and exterior security cameras are disclosed, and pets are not accepted at this property.

Cancellation policy+
Full refund within 24 hours of booking when arrival is at least seven days away. Afterwards, 50% of accommodation is refunded at least 30 days before arrival; within 30 days accommodation is non-refundable. Unused cleaning and pet fees are returned before check-in.
Optional non-refundable rate
Save 10% on accommodation when you choose the non-refundable rate. The same 24-hour free-cancellation grace period applies when the booking is made at least 7 days before arrival; after that this rate is non-refundable. Fees and extras are not discounted. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
