A secluded king-bed studio for two, hidden above Lake Maggiore with a seasonal pool, hammock and two thousand square metres of woodland.

The climb is part of the escape—and the view is the reward. Beyond the hillside path, a wall of glass frames Lake Maggiore and the forest becomes your private world. Swim in season, read in the hammock, practise yoga among the trees and watch the water change colour from the king bed.

Access and arrival

The studio is reached on foot by a sloping hillside path or by approximately 170 outdoor steps. The route is not step-free and luggage should be planned accordingly.

Cancellation and payment

The complete displayed amount is paid through Stripe. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by this website.

Confirmation

A reservation is created only after successful payment. The confirmation page and email include the property, dates, guests and complete paid total.

Cancellation summary

Full refund within 24 hours of booking when arrival is at least seven days away. Afterwards, 50% of accommodation is refunded at least 30 days before arrival; within 30 days accommodation is non-refundable. Unused cleaning and pet fees are returned before check-in.
