Yes: 10% off accommodation for 7 nights or more. Cleaning and pet fees aren’t discounted.

There are two rates. Standard: full refund within 24 hours of booking when arrival is at least 7 days away, then 50% of the accommodation back until 30 days before arrival; if you cancel before arrival, the cleaning and pet fees always come back. Non-refundable: 10% cheaper on the accommodation, with the same 24 hours to change your mind and no refund after that.

Vira Gambarogno, Vergeletto, Brione sopra Minusio and Sementina accept one pet. Gordemo, Monti Motti and Muralto don’t.

Yes, one baby under 2, in every house except Gordemo. Babies don’t count toward the number of guests, and a travel cot and a high chair can be added when you book.

Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Arrival details come after payment.

Every house has self check-in. The directions and the access code arrive after booking.

Yes, in every house.

Not always. Uber or a taxi works for every house. Muralto has a bus stop at the door and the station ten minutes away on foot. Sementina is about a 30-minute walk uphill from the bus, with views over the vineyards. To Monti Motti, a taxi from the bottom of the valley costs about CHF 50. For the other houses a car is the easiest way.

The calendar stays in sync with the other places each house is listed, and your dates are checked once more just before you pay.
